At Kittleson Consulting, Inc. our clients come first.
That's why we accept assignments
only when the consultant has the required expertise and adequate time available, and
when the expected results will obviously justify the consulting fee. Accurate costs,
completion dates and expected results will be discussed with the client prior to
acceptance of the assignment.
Once an assignment is accepted, we continually consider the specific needs and best
interests of each client. We promise to identify the 'real problem' and structure
the assignment to concentrate on the problem rather than its symptoms. We respect
our clients and the confidential nature of information received during assignments.
Clients are encouraged to become involved to reduce fees and build their experience.
Only after the action has been taken and the client's anticipated results have been
reached, do we consider an assignment a success.
